GSMA, I do know that u hate Apple but u do realize that majority of Car manufacturers these days have Apps (apps for the iPhone and Apple Watch) to control such a settings????? I was able to control my car with my IPhone and AWatch for quite some time now.... Strangely u never mentioned that on website....

The car should have the features and then with an app you can use them.
For example I can remotely start, stop, lock, unlock, turn lights on, turn alarm on, set temparature, turn on defroster, check status, check location of my car and send address to my car from my iphone or android with Hyundai bluelink app.
You don't need a specific phone for that.
