I pity people like you who keep defending apple and don't know where to put their money. Apple is sucking money out of you. Wake up. It's not 2007 anymore. Apple is not an innovator anymore. You only pay for the name, which apple has gained from Steve Jobs times.

    dear prasad, how is a remote control app directed towards a special tv on a special platform in the list of the best apps of the week? should i install it? i don't even own a tv!
    i mean come on, i understand that you love apple but let's be logical here, that choice wasn't the best choice. maybe you could take a look at windows phone store for a change (hardcore samsung and android fan here) or try apps with wider user range. i hope you don't see this as an offensive comment, this is just my humble opinion. we all come here because gsmarena is different than others (one of the only sites that i have disabled my adblockers on), so why don't you include apps for windows phone for a change. all other sites are already doing iphone and android.

      I like the new app but its sad that the volume controls are missing. I use apple tv remote to change volume on my av receiver via its IR blaster anyway. However, the volume controls are required when I have to control my tv volume through wifi/hdmi.

            Yeah, we don't have enough remote control apps. Look that app has a different layout and even shows you a screenshot of deadpool. Soo great (*sarcasm*). But seriously, who the f uses Apple TV, especially amongst gsmarena readers? There have already been many great remote control apps, but since it's from apple you had to put it into the best. Also, as always with apple apps, it only works on apple tv. Just use the f-ing remote, which might be even better. At least other remote control apps let you control many devices at once with your phone and they are not limited to apple products. One more thing... This week has only 1 android only app, which has been featured in the news, otherwise you wouldn't have put any apps that were meant for android. It's like you only search for apps in the ios app store.
