I think we are simply not getting it before Firday. Period. They just created the labels and packages, so they can ship it all at once. Makes perfect sense. I ship thousands of letters to customers on fixed dates, and it wouldn't be possible to prepare all this just a day before. Patience. It's just a couple of days more! :D

Same here. My card was charged on Friday, received shipment notification on Saturday, UPS tracking says shipping notification received. No update on activity since Aug 13th.....

I got a tracking number today 8.16 for my note 7, UPS says to it will be delivered on 8.17.2016 by the end of day

Has anyone received their pr-ordered Note 7 from T-Mobile. The money for the phone was taken on Friday August 12th and I received an email with a tracking number Saturday August 13th. A label has been created and it's still waiting for UPS to pickup.... I'll never pre-order a smartphone again. ( When I pre-ordered my T-Mobile Samsung Galaxy Note 4, I received the phone almost a week before it's global store release date.) The purpose of me pre-ordering was to get the device at least two days before it's global release and to capitalize on the SD Card or Gear Fir 2 promotional gifts. Just discovered that you didn't have to pre-order to qualify for those promotional gifts..... If I wanted the phone on the day of it's release I wouldn't have pre-ordered it and would've just walked into a T-Mobile store and gotten on the day of release.... Very misleading advertisement this time around on Samsung & T-Mobile's end!

My shipping email came to me from Tmobile on Sunday the 14th, also my card was charged at this same time. As of 1:30 pm Tuesday upon checking tracking says A UPS shipping label has been created. Once the shipment arrives at our facility, the tracking status--including the scheduled delivery date--will be updated. So looks that I am not getting my Note 7 early like I got my hopes up when I received the email titled "It's on the Way". Kinda BS but as long as I have it by release date guess that's all that matters.

Paid pre order on 10th n signed agreement on 11th...have gotten nothin regards to shipping n $ still haven't been taken from bank

I received a text from Tmobile on 8-14-16 at 11:14 AM that my Note 7 have shipped and provided a tracking number for from UPS. Today is 8-15-16 @ 7:59PM EDT. When i go to track it it said it on route to UPS. They must be walking it to UPS. Oh buy the day i did get a email they took the money from my debit card. But no movement on my Note 7 still waiting to see it get to UPS.

Tmobile isn't shipping. UPS says the packages aren't received yet. they're just electronically assigned. so... no, we're not getting the note 7 today.

It is not yet shipped but processed. Got the same message and verified item is still not with UPS.
