Dzn7, 17 Aug 2016Managed to get 1 unit via preorder... shld be receiving it ... moreThis is all due to Apple
People queue for days just to be the first

We all have phones so do we need the S7 Note on day one

Again Apple iPhones are delayed in the initial period

All you have to do is read the comments and as soon as a phone is announced people want it, even if Samsung announce a release date then that is too far in the future

These are in the main upgrades, and boo hoo hoo its all a conspiracy, when you pre-order and can't get one, they're being held back or if you decide to order the phone because you hear there will be delays and there are delays again a marketing ploy

Being as phones will cost less in 3 months time, why is there over demand.

Exercise an iota of common sense...

I change my phone every 2 years not every time Samsung release a phone
Already 4G and have baby features

My phone is not outdated every time a flagship phone is released and even if I have to not join a lengthy queue

In short Samsung are holding back phones in order to create more demand
Yeah right

Hilarious Samsung is holding back in order to make it feel like they are having stock issues. My gosh are they desperate for attention.

Its not possible that Samsung can fail to meet demand of its flagship like 1+. I think they just want to make people to rush into buying it.

Anonymous, 17 Aug 2016This is a result from Brexit. How do you work that out given that the UK is one country out of twenty eight, plus others that are not even in the EU right now and never have been?

anyways... regarding the post, i have to agree that it sounds like a selling strategy (a very obvious in fact) but for a person that wants the phone will be hard to find out its "out of the stock" just cuz he/she waited a couple days/weeks for the price to go down

Anonymous, 17 Aug 2016It is just hype man. This tactics companies play only to at... moreThink you will find that Factories of Samsung can produce far more than 100k per day. Much much more. Also, Mass Production need planning to get the RAW Materials, to build the components to plan the Assembly slot. In addition, it takes time to deliver the stock to channels and get on to the shelf. It is not like a Manufacturer see, oh, we need a million more.....easy....we can build that in the next few days...well have it in channel in week. Think about the complexity, read about MP, Supply Chain, FPRC and then make your comment about Capacity.

The iPhone buyers usually know when Apple is releasing its phones...so this phone, and no other phone for that matter, no matter how many "cylinders" it has under the bonnet, won't make a dent in the iPhone market. The only phone capable to do that is the iPhone itself....if the iph7 is underwhelming...Apple will have a year-long problem until the 7S comes out...and that's long time. Time in which samsung will release a couple doze of J5s and A3s, A5s and so on.
