Maybe until Kairos release their smarthwaches. Meizu watch as a activity tracker with some useful features is not a bad things (specially when you look at the price) and compare to other gimmick smartwaches available today. It's simple design is good for everyday use even for formal usage unlike other smarthwaches.

              Great innovation. Analogue watch + smart features = great battery life. You get the best of both worlds. Why would somebody need a LCD screen with analogue dial ? Simple yet useful innovation..!

                So, this watch has an analog face, meaning it's not an LCD/AMOLED screen. However, the movement is a quartz one (not automatic or analog) which runs on battery power. And it's such a small amount of power needed to run the movement, most of the battery can run the other functions like the LED, and steps etc.

                I also question that this movement is Swiss made, considering the whole watch is only $150 USD. But there are some cheap Swiss movements that are quartz and this is SURELY a quartz movement.

                  So how come an analog movement smartwatch lasts 240 days while full digital smartwatch lasts 2 days?
                  I thought digital is more energy efficient?
