Xiaomi announces permanent price drop for the Mi 5 in India

Xiaomi in India is known for is good pricing but definately Xiaomi has missed their opportunity this time by hiking the price 0f mi5 as comapred to its predecesor mi4, which was priced at 14k . The successor,even its base model is priced at 22,999. Most of the rewivers on youtube thinks mi5 in india should be priced at 15,500 and the the pro version must and surely be launced in india by the end of Feburary at the price of 17,500 inr.

The Mi5 was stupid to say the least. Considering the previous Mi4 was available for roughly Rs 14000/-, it was almost a 100% jump. its evident buyers couldn't digest this price hike and Xiaomi couldn't justify it.
I am expecting further price cuts on this model till it reaches something like Rs 18000/-.

Same here 5" is best size, but after long thought process i went with OP3 and no regrets so far. VFM flagship, though longtime handheld usage is still uncomfortable for me but i m okay with it.
