Are ... morewhen wp7 first came out many were saying that it was great that folks would be able to run all their msft software on it. :haha: and that it would dominate the phone industry because of that. now windows mobile dominates a segment of phones so small it is indistinguishable from statistical noise...
your comment that people won't abandon their pc/laptop devices sounds a bit like that now that phones are used for more than half of all web browsing and internet access. they won't go away but sales are down every quarter for the last 3 years. once a usable sized mobile display solution is devised the personal computer will rapidly transition to the mobile form factor.

Love my new Acer Liquid M330 Windows phone 10 with anniversary update. I just use it side by side with my iPhone SE. Really nice, i will continue using Windows Phone (previous Windows Phone: Lumia 520 & Lumia 630).

i hvae used the windows inside preview slow buid on a nikia lumia 635 cell phone 8.1 to 10 its work great did not want to wait was afraid but is so cool

Windows 10 on Lumia 520 is too laggy for normal use.
Windows 8 operates the best on Lumia 520, unfortunately.
It is really a shame that Microsoft keeps bloating their OS.
Windows XP runs a lot better on 512MB PCs.

Duh... that's because they dumped all of the folks they promised initially to support, like me. I have a 1020, it is running Windows 10 Mobile, the last fast insider ring update the posted my phone could use. It works really well, but I can't legitimately get Windows 10 Mobile for the phone. Nor can I find a replacement for the phone that matches the 41 megapixel camera, by Microsoft, Lumia or any other vendor. So, I'm in a bit of a pickle. I have been patiently waiting for years for an upgrade to my 1020, to say, the 1050. That was shelved. Which is fine. I'd prefer Microsoft didn't provide me hardware, software is just fine. HP has a nice new phone coming soon, but it doesn't match the camera of the 1020. So, I wait... and wait... and wait... and wait...

still in locksceen when press volume bar are displayed last played track. MS think that all poeaple are phone music player gods? Please let people deside what thay wants to see when press volume bar, I want to see there only volume settings and nothing else.

No mobile device in this world will ever replace your desktop pc, none, niete, never!! Yes the sale of this devices droped, and is normal. They have more life in them then your usual crappy smartphone and they aren't so often used as your usal crappy smartphone, by the mass. But to say people move away from them is like saying people will move away from car industry and will embrace the segway technology. Anyway, if one need a job done right and fast, he needs a freaqing pc.
