24 August, 2016
Thankfully, the case is transparent, so we get a good look at the upcoming device.

Bet only european V20 will have the option to have the bootloader unlocked. Stupid thing that only LG does.

Anonymous, 25 Aug 2016No modular type, very bad, sorry lg...if you need modular phone, LG made G series. G is also high quality. V series phone is two displays series. And V is so far the best phones in the world. More better, then Samsung

Every one is griping about it not being Modular, honestly the modular features of the G5 aren't all that great. I rarely ever take my battery out... like at all. I almost never use my CamPlus as the camera is already great, as is the battery life. Even the Software is running smoothly

I have teh v10 an teh G5, an frankly the V10 Hardware is better, but the software is schiit. If the V20 operates much the same on the software side as the G5 does [new UI but smooooth operation] I'll b happy

also is any one going to ask what that Third Button is? There's the Power on the Back two side volume rockers AND a third ONE? Chances are they are going modular again. In the renders there's a visible space or line at the very bottom. Like in the G5, so chances are it's still modular. Not that the modules are of any use if your using a case, but still so long as you can pull the battery if needed

Anonymous, 25 Aug 2016Its 7.0, so it´s UX 5.0hey dude but if u look at the launcher esthetics you will notice that it is the ux 4.0 instead of the ux 5.0 I guess you cant simply notice the difference

The case maker is not "unnamed". The name is Ballistic and it shows on the side of the case. I have the same Ballistic case for my iPhone 6S+ and it is actual drop protection unlike those super thick cases on the market.

It doesn't seems like modular phone by looking the button is placed it reminds me those old Nokia phones which used to have a button like this for removing back cover to replace battery. Waiting for 6th September.

QWERTY, 25 Aug 2016LG..pls pls make LG V20 mini/compact but with same hardware... moreSo does it mean that the Z5 Compact is a threatening mini device to other brands, that you even asked LG to make a competitor for that? Apart from the iPhone SE, there's pretty much no mini phone to be compared to the Z5 Compact

I don't care about design LG!
Just bring a battery on the table and I buy it!
I am LG fanboy but I need more battery life!
Please don't talk about additional battery like V10!

They shouldve made The G line the module line, and V line the same plastic cover rear button line...
Dont see what they gain by having two module lines with a slim chance the modules can be used between the two models

I've never been an LG fan, but they had 2 phones I was actually interested in. The G4 and the V10. Looks like they managed to ruin the successor of the V10 by making it modular like that fugly G5.
Also, to be frank I'd rather have the second display on the bottom, not on the top. That would make it a lot easier to use with one hand.

Is it just me or the design looks slightly better than G5 except for those back cameras staring at you
