Also I tried a S7 exynos version and did not like it. Its too big and not even as fluid as a 5s. I see android as an unorganised laggy mess....oh and battery life is not bad on the 5s as I get 2 days with moderate use. And why drive a BMW when a toyota does the same things...because I can and enjoy it.

Never mind, I have a Samsung S7 and the performance is awesome since technically Android phones are really open and not so egoistic like Apple. Why use a phone that offer less features for a hell of a price compared to an Android phone that can give all the best performances, and btw that includes the battery life. You Icrap users always have to carry a powerbank since technically your phones can't last for a day. And BTW, I also have an Iphone 5s which I don't use anymore since the display is not good and also the battery life is poor.

I will never ever ever go back to laggy buggy crappy android after experiencing the complete fluidity of Apple products. If you're happy on buying cheaper stuff to save a few dollars, fine but you can't really put a price on excellence after all.

not a Google fanboy, as I use both iOS & Android. But really, the user-experience is so simple. It's just there when you want to make a video-call.
I also like the knock-knock feature, that you able to see (in live) who's calling you. :)

I like Duo, I have it in both my iPhone 5 (personal-use phone) & Moto X (office-use phone). My mom, who's a tech-newbie, loves it so much that she uses it quite a lot to call me from her Galaxy S4. She even convices her friends and sisters to install it. I tried to teach her video-calling using Skype & Line-video (Viber isn't popular here in Indonesia), yet she thinks that Duo is a lot simpler to use.

Motorola was 10 years ahead of time, I used to love Moto but pity it was bought(and sold) by Google and was sadly, taken out of the South African market.

In my case, practically all my friends and family use apple devices so its not useless at all. Besides, speaking cross platform wise, there is skype and viber anyway.

Hangouts is multi platform and has decent desktop apps + a good instant messager for conference calls & conversations + loads of emojis & an android wear app.
Why don't they just improve on this instead of trying to reinvent with a more limited App that no one uses (yet)
