I have been using the 5d Mark III for 1 year, but i think they could have improved a bit more on the video part as thats where canon is letting itself down..!!

Indeed this is the very first time I am seeing a different commodity being digital camera here. I thought this website is for mobile phones alone.

I beg to differ regarding the "opinion" part of the article.
Sony cameras have smaller bodies, but do not take them as compact photography solution. For example, the height of a Sony A7 with a decent lens, is the same as a 5D Mark III with a similar lens, because the lenses are bigger for Sony to maintain the space and distance...
The end result is that Sony lenses are longer and heavier. So, if you have a full gear with 4-5 lenses, the Sony kit will be heavier than Canon kit.
However, I do admit that Sony & Panasonic are overall giving it all they got anyhow! And I do admit Canon pulling back a little on making this Mark IV what it could've been.

AnonD-504676, 25 Aug 2016Obviously, samsung copied Canon.
Shameless shit samsungyou probably understand that bringing same technology to mobile phone with tiny sensor is completely different challenge than adding it to huge DSLR. So while principle is the same on both, the technology behind Samsung S7 is "another level".
That is not copying.. that is looking what technologies are in the market and improving them.. so far not other smartphone maker are anywhere near this..

Go to EOSHD and read article about Canon EOS 5D Mark IV you'll find out why some people think that A7RII is better Camera especially for someone who do both stills and video.

AnonD-504676, 25 Aug 2016Obviously, samsung copied Canon. Shameless shit samsungYour ignorance is what's shameless here. You would at least have the common sense to figure out that Canon may have licensed samsung the use of the dual pixel technolgy.

Nice upgrade! The non-articulating type might be a deal breaker for some buyers, though.
I personally was about to buy the Canon 1300D - a beginner camera. Cancelled the order, and went for the Nikon D5300 instead. Reason being, Canon failed to offer certain capabilities which another camera from a different brand was providing in the same price range - the Nikon D3300, with better MP, more AF points and better overall image quality. But ended up buying the upper model in the end.
