Marshmallow update starts hitting first-gen Samsung Galaxy Tab S

I certainly hope South Afrcan networks will also receive the OTA firmware update for Tab S (LTE) 10.5 very soon!
If not, it will mean that users of this powerfull tablet would have bought a bad deal not getting support within 18 months.
Also if this is the case I will not supoort Samsung ever again. I will rather buy a full Android Google branded product or Apple.
Samsung wants us to support them, but they do not want to support us...... sad.... waiting so long...

AnonD-314083, 26 Aug 20165.0.2 lags and hangs on tab s.battery is the least problemTab S 10.5 display is QHD. But processor is not enough to handle QHD. That is the main reason for lagging. We will face the same issue in any OS with Tab S 10.5. If they provide option to downgrade to FHD then lag issue will be resolved.

Does Samsung enable Adopt' your MicroSD card as internal storage? as only the pathetic 16gb version was launched in UK & i only have 2gb free even with all apps that can be moved to sd card moved.

After a vibration release buttons recovery menu will shown
Then go down and wipe cache partition then do a factory reset
And reboot
And wait around 15 minutes
Marshmallow will booted up....
