Emerakd, 28 Aug 2016You are right about that, but one also doesn't need 66% mor... moreSeems like you didn't read any of my posts. CPU overclock only affects CPU performance in benchmarks. Why is there a separate cpu score in antutu? To get that score you NEED that much overclock because overclocking only affects CPU, not ram, not gpu, not the software, ONLY CPU. Your cpu score is 30k. Imagine how much more power do you need to get 50k. Read my posts from the beginning to the end. If you still don't understand what I mean, then you shouldn't even argue. Even if you did understand you wouldn't argue with me. There is much more to AnTuTu score than a cpu. To measure CPU and only CPU performance there is Geekbench for it. Your phone scores 140k+ score and cpu only scores 30k. If you still don't understand, please don't argue with me because it's pointless, since you don't know how things work in benchmarks and when overclocking. By the way, overclocking will cause heating, which makes the device throttle so you would get much worse performance and battery life would suffer too.

But why do you agree to all the other horrid claims he made. Why did you agree to his ill behavior, his foul accusations and his nonsensical math skills. Is that really necessary?

Overclocking does not increase the device performance by the same ratio... if you overclock the cpu it will cause more harm than good to your device... you may get "little higher" antutu score but ur divice will not be able to sustain the performance.

You're only trying to cover up your previous bs posts with more bs. I want to see your 10-15% overclock with 165k antutu score. You said just 10-15% would be enough, so you can probably overclock more. Your meaningless posts are only a cover up. Explain your stupid scores already, since you're so smart. You also told me that cpu affects not only cpu scores, since you're so smart, why didn't you tell me what do they affect. Also about googling for kernels. Please google oneplus 3 overclock kernel or something. You won't find it because posts only write OC. I dont waste time searching for kernels and roms on the device I don't use. Show me your scores without any BS. Show all people reading comments how smart you are.

Edit: One more thing. I checked your core overclock percentage on both cores and the percentage is different. One core has over 5% and the other has less than 4%, which makes me believe that even these numbers are bs. This shows that you're a newbie or haven't even started overclocking.

Don't start pretending that you get lots of support. Also you don't get it, do you? My point was that his score was pure bull.... and I only proved him wrong, yet you still support him and you're telling bs too. You even told me that I'm right in one post. Do you even read the comments you reply to? You're probably a typical stupid person, pretending to be smart, which hates being told he was wrong when he was actually wrong. You probably didn't read my post where I did all the maths and started started changing your stupid point for some reason blaming me. Please get a life, instead of wasting my time like this.

I think u didn't keep up with the latest updates pal. You are really out man "to get 20k score more you have to OC by 66%" This is the funniest thing i have ever heard in my life dude. guys why do you want to overclock an CPU which is already the best.its just like decreasing your cpu's life.if it was an old soc then you would need to but its the best one out there.dont try to overheat and decrease its life by overclocking without any need.maybe when it becomes 4 5 year old then there maybe a need of overclocking

divis200, 28 Aug 2016I didn't miss the point. It's you who's trying to change it... moreSo you still believe to be the smart one? You still believe that, after you failed to find kernels for the OP3 that support overclocking, when clearly there are at least two? You still refuse to accept that overclocking will affect not only the CPU score, but also the UX, RAM and 3D score and walk around dreaming of being a tech-know-it-all? You were saying that one cannot achieve 162k from an overclocked OP3, while I was trying to relate that this isn't too far fetched and I believe it conceivable. Also no one claimed that an oc'd OP3 will be equally durable or even useful in real life[tm]. In addition no encouraging to overclock devices has taken place, neither by me, nor by others (at least not in this thread). The only thing that you accomplished was proving wrong your own misconceived assumptions, while failing at the main point.

Emerakd, 28 Aug 2016You are completely missing the point. What you are barking ... moreI didn't miss the point. It's you who's trying to change it now. In that post I've only proved you wrong because there are many people saying that I don't know what I'm talking about when I actually do. You obviously did that too, that's why you're a person like them. This post was not meant to talk about some breakthroughs and you've said nothing about them either. Please read your previous statement. You said you could easily get 165k score with 10% overclock. That's just a lie and also your "point". There is no way I've missed it. Many people actually believe posts like this, that's why I am proving people like you wrong. Also I'm still waiting for your overclocked scores results, not underclocked and again, don't change your point trying to blame me. Actually, I couldn't care less about Le 2S Pro. In my first statement I didn't even write anything about it and in the second I just used it as an example. This CPU may just be a higher clocked version of SD820, but there is more to it. Improved efficiency with higher clock speed. Did you count that in? If they only used higher clock speed without changing efficiency, the CPU would suck a lot of power from the device. All I'm barking at is your lack of knowledge and pretending to be smart. You oversimplify complex things because you don't know how these things work.
