SD 625 seems to be a performer and battery efficient too. The moto x play, which I had, had SD 615 and the battery life was not what was expected out of a phone with 3600mAh battery. The moto z play with SD 625 and the massive battery should provide insane battery life. I just hope they keep the quality of the camera and display of moto x play. Also pricing :p Fingers crossed.

Other brands' phones are less fortunate ;)

If GPU is Adreno 506, then the SoC is the 625. Too bad. They should have gone for the far more powerful 652. And no monthly security updates. One day a stagefright-like exploit will brick all these phones, only nexii will remain.
