Anonymous, 30 Aug 2016how many of you guys with ridiculous comments about battery... moreYou need to wear it while you sleep so that the watch can monitor your sleeping pattern.. That is why all android smartwatch are independent of smartphone.. Only Apple watch has to be tethered the whole time.. A standard watch battery can last from years to infinity (solar powered).. A really smart watch should get close to that and Apple is currently lagging behind all other smart watch maker even the cheap chinese ones

how many of you guys with ridiculous comments about battery life have used an apple watch day to day? I could get 2 full days out of my apple watch if I wanted to. But it really doesn't matter, I take my watch off to get to bed and put it on my bedside table, so it goes on the charger and charges up fully. Not sure why you would need the watch to last any longer than 1 days use? Unless your away from a charge point for lengths of time, its a non issue. And besides, it needs to be tethered to the phone, so no point in the watch lasting longer than the phone

Now i See why the battery of the original watch was that small... So they can upgrade it after two years and have revolutionary new awesome apple watch 2

The LG Watch Urbane 2nd Edition has a 570 mAh battery, 1.4" OLED round screen with no flat tire, and lasts 4 days on a charge. Enough said.

Its something eh? If they add in a more efficient processor and display, maybe an extra 2 or 4 hours of battery life. It better charge very quickly tough..
