And besides, does Siemens even make cellphones anymore?

Nokia and Siemens only unified their network compartments - not their mobilephone-compartments...

Honestly, even for first-time users, the 1110i seems insulting. Besides this phone, do new budget phones even have monochrome screens now? I honestly can't see why anyone would want this phone when going to your local Cingular store will net you a better, albeit locked phone, with a color screen, WAP, etc.

Come on, be logical! You don´t rule the market with high-end phones. Standard phones such as these are the ones most sold.
I agree that the price is a bit too much concerning the 6080 model. But it´s good looking atleast. In fact, they are all somewhat nice looking if you ask me, the buttons on the 6151 and in the 6080 could have been larger though...
And why do you think Nokia is the only one delaying it´s releases? I mean, where are SE´s J100 or K310? All companies delay their phones, so what, as long as we are not talking about years...

Man, these phones are targeted for the mass population. These are low-end phones. So that normal people can afford to buy them.

Nokia must be going crazy. 180 euros before taxes for a lousy VGA camera budget-phone? Not to mention the fact the suckers who want to buy it will have to wait for six months, when currently 2Mpixel K750 phones cost ~210 euros before taxes. Nokia's people are obviously off their rockers ; perhaps they'd be well advised to "paper-release" fewer and better models, as more than half of their January releases have yet to be seen.
A company that had once been an innovator, is now the most ridiculous joke in the industry.
