It's just like some people can afford a Mercedes. One can complain they can get a mazda 3, which also has interior leather seating like mercedes, why buy that when we can get a mazda 3? if the iphones are simply out of your budget you can choose not to buy it, or go for one of the newer an more afordable models like the se 64gb.

I think they've always been... moreI think if this post is true it will be a historical high for iPhones cause they never reached 1200$ , I sure hope they don't reach that much cause at some point or price level people are just gonna say mmmm it's a phone though I can't pay that much for some fast browsing and nice camera And some extra features that might or might not change ur life , I believe a mobile even if the fastest feature packed and best than ten Lumia cameras will still be a mobile non the less so if we get to a higher midrange laptop price next year and after that it will be harder for customers to justify spending that money for that particular product unless they have already a great laptop and a great dslr and all that is missing is one expensive mobile to add to their collection

Apple is ditching the ... moreI don't feel its worth to hate some company where the only exposure I might have a choice of buying a phone from them. But again i don't live your life. It's funny to read that someone finds it generous that they are giving an adapter because they want to move to a tech which has no proven advantage.
I feel that its worth mentioning, that I use an iphone 6 and Galaxy Note Edge as my daily drivers and Lumia 1520 occasionally.
I was planning to upgrade to Iphone 7 from iphone 6 and that's why that piece of information was relevant for me.
