Even though most users of its S40 platforms don't know S??T about smartphones and use them nothing more than a basic feature phone?

what annoys me is all the people slag of apple. then go out buy an apple product. what ever happens apple will dominate the mobile market next year anyway.
because they have desirable products at sensible prices. and they admit there problems upfront to customers.
personally i would love an ipad.i have a iphone 4. and have no problems with it from day one

I think apple just told the wolrd that the white iphone will be "iphone 5". No way is this because of color problems, that's just plain stupid.

Oh yawn, yawn, people slagging off Apple again. Grow up, seriously! Everyone likes different phones and each one has strengths and weaknesses. Some people in the world can't even afford a phone. At least you have the opportunity to have a cellphone, period! I do wonder whether Apple will change something about the outer design on the white iPhone. Something seems to suggest they might to do tweaking! :)

For all of you thinking iPhone has signal problems, I bought iPhone manufactured on 4.October and iPhone has no signal issues anymore.
I also compared it to iphone made in september and difference is visible in signal.
