It is clear that all hidden charges are there in Reliance Jio. Why should people crazy about Jio sim? Go for Idea ,BSNL or vodafone. There is no cheating on their tariff plans.

I am using Jio developer sim since January.
All calls to all networks are free, even my LTE data is free since then, i dnt know abt official data plans. But yes calling is totally free dosent matter u use 2G,3G or VOLTE.

But it can be done only if bot... more"But it can be done only if both caller and receiver have a VoLTE enabled headset" Only the Caller need to have a JIO SIM and a 4G handset. Even a VoLTE handset is not necessary as you can use JIO JOIN app to make calls. JIO will take care of a caller calling on 2G or 3G or 4G network.

Volte is not required on both sides. Plain voip will be used for making calls to non volte customers.

Can any one tell whether lg g4 h818n dual sim variant supports voLTE or not? Becuase the gsmarena has mentioned in the list lg g3 so I am guessing lg g4 must. The list on jio website does not have any mention of lg g4 in its devices list which are true volte callable. Also the ndtv news app gave a list where the lg g4 was mentioned but that may have been the internation h815 variant. I am totally confused.

Brother we live in a capitalist world. So companies are out there only for one reason- to make profit.
Secondly mukesh ambani is not alone in fooling people.
In fact every launch event ( whether mobile, automobile, laptops)across the globe, is a scam in itself.
No car gives the same mileage as announced in launch event.
No mobile gives actual 10 hours of usage in 15 minutes charge.
But one thing is good about reliance jio, that it has succeeded in breaking the cartelisation of indian telecom companies airtel, vodafone and idea. The market is completely shaken up.
It is good for the consumers in future.
