It really makes me wonder how many people are gonna use this opportunity to sue samsung and reimburse themself from samsung compensation money. Samsung really is screwed this time. In the process of accruing every feature in the phone they really missed out the intricate attention that must be given to the engineering the phone propely.
As a aspiring entrepreneur it makes me scared to realize the fact that how difficult it is to run a company.

the poor monstrous Jeep being caught by the Tiny samsung phone, you'd better think of letting down yourself on this phone,no one ever knows if it happens after the battery replacement or not

What if the reason behind the Note7's exploding batteries is not just the faulty battery but also from other combination problems of the phone?
I think the S7's batteries also from the same manufacturer,if so,why there aren't any problem with S7's batteries ? Might be cause by faulty designs or incompatiblity between others part of the phone with the battery.

Ggg, 09 Sep 2016I don't think a fired of small note 7 can destroy the whole... morewell it said that they were unloading furnintures so if the seats are somewhat flamable it can translate to the furninture and expand the fire through the whole car
now on the topic, the story looks really fishy for a lot of comments below, obviously none of us will prove it's a scam or not (that's the insurance job) so no point on calling names or anything.
anyways the post says that car insurance will cover the car so at least there's that...

I've had a note 2, note 3, note4. And he didnot see the recall about the phone. Who charges a phone in the sun? when there is a recall with regards to batteries exploding. Who charges the phone in a car on a sunny day. Inside Car temp on a sunny day > 70C.
Sealy boy, sealy phone, silly battery.

This is ridiculous not everyone is Tech Savvy like most of us on GSM Arena
I know a lot of people that have no time to do anything but work work work.
If I didn't go on Gsmarena all the time I wouldn't even know about the Samsung batteries defect
so its definitely not common knowledge Samsung or carriers should have sent a text message to consumers that have the device
