z2 freeze and it does not take whattsapp only facebook .when you download it take data and said whattsapp is complete download can you fix your problem.

Its a cool fone... for enty level smartfone users... or as fringe fone. The galaxy S2 of many years ago is better than this one...lol

Joyleen, 18 Sep 2016I bought this z2 on the 15th of sep and its a piece of tras... moreThis is a stupid phone, the worse part is that on display all the features are not there, when you ask the consultants tell you that it has all the features of the Android, how sick that even the retailers don't even know themselves what this offers, I only saw after I bought it that it ha Tizen. Geez I feel sick now... want my money back, Galaxy Neo which costed R 600.00 never gave any issues was a good phone and still works perfectly even today whereas I bought in May 2015.

I bought this z2 on the 15th of sep and its a piece of trash ,esp this tizen store and does not even have banking app or apps which are popular these days.I downloaded whatspp 2days back and its saying i must update again.On top of that there is no option of updating on their store for tizen.PLease is there any chance i can get my R1100 back so that i can give them this freaking freezing phone...i had used this phone for only 3days and each and every day this phone shows me how i flushed my money in the drain....

Is this a smart phone ?Yes, yes it is. But it's not Android based, iOS based, or even Windows Phone (W10M) based.

Well, guys, you're missing the point this is an entry level smartphone worth under 80 bucks. But taking into account what has been said about Tizen, maybe the system is really milking the low specs to provide something at least worht the price.
