Ohhhh. My. Days!!! Will you Fandroids give it a rest slagging Apple off!!!! The same people slag Apple off at the first sniff that GSMA put on here & I read the same drivel every time!!!

iTunes is bad because it locks you in.
Lack of innovation.
No headphone jack.

All I read is, blah blah blah!!!!

Yes, Apple & iOS has its flaws but people, like myself, like iOS & it fits to use. Agreed, some people get a phone, ANY PHONE, for fashion reasons, but most people with a brain choose a phone based & what they want & what works for them!

This may sound like I sticking up for Apple but I'm not. I was very close to getting a Samsung because of the camera but choose the 7 Plus as I think the camera will work better for me.

When I get my phone I know I can get everything I need off of my 6 Plus without iTunes, I haven't used iTunes in years!!!!!

By all means, express your opinions but stop with the same crap on different stories!!!!!

AnonD-1825, 11 Sep 2016"I didn't want to like the AirPods, I really didn't” Susie ... moreYou appear to be the self appointed iPhone spokeperson / cheer leader based on the postings

First of all on purely hygiene considerations I am surprised that the public would get to use in-ear ear phones, so as NOT there I can't comment above that above#

Nice idea implementation....... well here is the thing

Ear rings are clip-on or pierced, so you can see how they are attached

Every pair whatever make wired earphone will slip out even Apple

Apple in their presentation did NOT show the person using an air pod doing any activity

IMO there is NO way these can be used for any sport except.... chess
Air pod start at time index 1hour 43 minutes https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rs5Xo1mIL1A

At time index 1 hour 59 minutes they recap the presentation in a short video of iPhone
The air pod in NOT featured in this video

Beats by Dre Solo 3 soon to be released were designed with the iphone7 (has same chip) in mind cost more but won't slip off

So whilst they seem to fit your ear magically and stay in, I will let others see and disagree with me

S7 Edge yay, 11 Sep 2016Well I couldn't agree more, You have to laugh also at ... more"I didn't want to like the AirPods, I really didn't” Susie Ochs writes for Macworld. “But in the hands-on area after Apple’s iPhone 7 event on Wednesday, I found myself dancing along in spite of myself and the AirPods stayed put, feeling surprisingly secure. With convenient features on both the hardware and software sides, I have to admit that Apple's totally-wireless AirPods kind of rocked my world"

I hate how normal EarPods feel in my ears,” Ochs writes. “hey don’t seem like they’re going to stay put, and they simply fall out if I move my head too much. Even if they do stay in, after about a half hour, my ears just start to ache, although I don’t experience the same pain when using earbuds with silicone or foam tips. Since the AirPods look so similar, I expected them to feel the same too — and I’m surprised and happy to report that I was dead wrong.”

S7 Edge yay, 11 Sep 2016Well I couldn't agree more, You have to laugh also at ... moreHaha, why is it a "monumental failure" that you can't compare the scores of Geekbench 3 and 4? You can't compare the scores between most other benchmarks with different versions either.

They have improved it as a benchmark tool, its great. It's not hard to check that you are comparing between same versions.

This could be fake because it says the architecture is dual-core. Apple said the new A10 is a quad-core chip.

Savor , 10 Sep 2016I love reading these benchmark scores and laugh. Of course ... moreWell I couldn't agree more,

You have to laugh also at Apple suspending Reserve & Pick up to create more of a hubbub at stores, instead of just going down the store once AFTER notification multiple visits

This us worse than staying in ALL day waiting fir a delivery ETA AM /PM
( A days leave so work out the cost)

In short how fast the iPhone scores does not make up for many omissions, we can now assume that memory expansion is NOT on the cards (oops) any time soon

Before I go onto my main complaint good luck with air pods staying in, you have to aware of the available Bluetooth earphones, yet on all the news reports on TV not one comment HOW WILL THEY STAY IN

That Geekbench 3 and Geekbench 4 are not directly comparable is a monumental failure by Geekbench.
It id like Android phone having earphones with lightning jack connector

all the droidsheep coming on here to attack a phone, are a sad bunch of people!
anyone is who mock others bcuz of a phone!

it doesn't matter wat iphone can do or cant do. there are many choices in mobile fones these days.
people choose iphones bcuz they are useful for them. others buy androids bcuz they find them useful too.
that's all what matters and not who has a bigger screen or flashier features.

dats like kids in a school playground so sad and pathetic people in this world

people owning flagship phones, many wud also own laptops and or pcs.

iphone users have never had issues using their phone connected to laptop or pc to transfer music and files. for people with tech knowledge, its not difficult but very easy to do with little time spent. others who like to do everything on a phone, can either buy an android phone to be able to share files and move files around. or, purchase an iphone, do a jailbreak, which is simple to do and its free, wud then remove the restrictions, will then have access to file manger and all the root files and folders. this will also open up hundreds of features like downloading files and music from browser on the iphone. downloading videos directly from youtube and other websites, using custom ringtones with ease, customising the whole ui, with many more customisation options than any android phone.

droidsheep have to remember that many iphone users do jailbreak their devices and they also enjoy using file managers, customising every aspect of the phone like changing icons, keyboards, fonts and many more.

iphone users who don't jailbreak, miss out on extra features but they are satisified still. bcuz they just connect to other people with ease and that's only reason they buy fones and not to customise or change fonts or to move files around bcuz its not important for some.

              peace out.

Anonymous, 11 Sep 2016Nobody is taking you seriously. He has a point though, like it or not Android has waaay more features (many of them useful) than Apple does and I've used both a 128GB iPhone 6S+ (owned by another family member) and multiple Android devices including my latest SD820 based one. I'd never use an iPhone even if it's marginally faster in most basic every day tasks because of Apples obsessive and restrictive control of their hardware/software; and then there's the outrageous price to think about and consider, like B.O.N.Y. lol
