And am not a VR person. So 1080p is still pretty good, of Corse specwise on paper S7 is much a head I can't argue with that man! Ofcourse the the saturated amoled on S7 makes it punch out, cant argue with that. But just as I have said am that person who believe in day to day performance with my smartphone and my mate 8 does That 24/7 without getting tired.

Besides i prefer adreno 530 over mali t880 mp12... because it has more raw power .

Go and see the offi... moreFor me of course I know the Mali t880 mp4 GPU is inferior and I knew p9 and mate 8 would lag in intense gaming, but I was surprised how smooth it crashed on! And upto now is wonder what Huawei did to make p9 and mate 8 That smooth especially in gaming

Despite S7 having monster specs P9 gives it a real show, I will reapeat it again am a believer of real life performance because that what we always do with our smartphone. So as long as p9 crashes anything I throw at it am okay, so good luck With your S7

Despite his "... moreUr trolled .... fps varies ... gflops is not just a number... even in geekbench exynos ruled the multicore arena.. as i said textures and fps are higher in s7 than that of p9 btw i play games with 4x msaa enabled.... do u think p9 can handle it... fps drops drastically unlike in s7.... i can still further tweak the clock rates in gpu unlike in p9.... so please stop comparing s7 with p9... its like comparing lamborghini with chevrolet

Funny thing is that my friend has M4 Aqua (but he's still running 5.0 since update hasn't come out for his device on PC Companion, and he doesn't want to flash it. I take it he'll receive it in coming weeks), and his phone is actually laggier (again, it's running 5.0) than my M2 (which works like a charm, but seriously, 8Gb is not enough...).
Will they update M4? Considering it came out in June 2015, yes, i don't think they will. My M2 came out in May 2014, and the last update it got was 5.1 around October 2015, so around 18 months of support.
Should M4 get an update to 7.0? Yes (even though this might make a dent in Sony's alredy decreasing profit margins) they should. But, considering that they won't update my M2 to Marshmallow (not like it can't support it...), they won't update M4 to Nougat...

Is 1080p such a pain in the arse when it has faster CPU response as the screens less taxing only reason for over 1080p is using the display inside the gear vr and even then its not fully optimised.

Numbers are nothing.
On geekbench the p9 is the King of multicore. And the S820 the King of monocore.
