Bad company.
After connecting to Google account, enabling FRP, resetting phone then removing FRP, no imei displays when doing *#06#. Service centers are using this as a way of classing phones as out of warranty because they aren't getting paid by OP for the work they're doing.
So OP are getting a whole bunch of phones back with no reported imei to fix (when one is actually present on the device, evidenced by the fact you can make calls) when a simple service center fix can have it repaired.
Pay your service centers OP, or we'll just keep shipping your crap back to you.
