                it wouldn't have hurt them to enable it on the one and X, and considering there's probably a lot of people still using the one, it's not like it would have been a wasted update.

                      die hard volte users can get a custom rom with volte activated

                        enabling/disabling VoLTE can be done with a patch but your example of dual camera won't cut it even if oneplus wish to add on your op3.

                          Also if a phone isn't adveritsed with a feature when you buy, and no promise is made it will get that feature, dont be annoyed when it doesnt get the feature.

                          I have a oneplus 3 and i love it, but i'm not expecting dual cameras to get added as it wasn't advertised with it. Oneplus x wasnt advertised with Volt so if it doesnt get it, you shouldn't be mad.
