And if you would know anything about how business networks operate, or at least you bothered to read my comment correctly, you would understand that this device uses application virtualization to execute full desktop applications, by connecting remotely to a server. I could tell you about the benefits of this software, but I guess you know how to run a business, right? Better than HP, and the enterprises whose needs are being catered by this device.

you kinda right when it was announced the specs were sky high - 4 gig ram 820 4100mah batt by the time of release those specs are kind of normal or you can say early 2016ish

In projects, the itemized costs are usually masked by the overall cost of the project itself. HP will not be offering specific items, but a solution where the phone will be just part of it.
Besides, choices for enterprise focused phones are quite limited. For ease of setup and deployment, it's either iPhone or Windows Phones. Many companies don't like Android, unless it's BYOD.

Why pay for something expensive when you can have an equivalent, fully working laptop or desktop with FULL Desktop version of the OS to do work and have a separate phone or VOIP to multitask with calls?

This device was announced in February ... now their latest say it will be available in October ... i.e. 8 months between device announcement and its eventual release (pending any further delay ! ). Contrast this with the 7 days the iPhone needs to get released after being announced.
