Harvey, 27 Sep 2016I work for Virgin, actually I really wanted this phone to b... moreWell, it's understandable these days. Unfortunately staying loyal to the companies (be it network providers, insurance companies and so on...), doesn't give you benefits like it used to. I was with Virgin Mobile at the time, but I switched when they were far behind with 4G release. If it's about the phones, I rather buy them of Amazon or other websites, 2 year contract makes you pay for them much more, then they're actually worth at the time. Buying it right away gives you a benefit of unlocked phone and having less bloatware in your OS, which later on makes the phone easier to sell.

for £28 a month this is the worst deal ever. You will be stuck with 24 month contract with 500mb data (which on its own probably worth only £5-7.5) making you pay around £20 per month for the phone (total £480). O2 refresh is as well nonsense... so yes you can upgrade the phone - AFTER YOU PAY FOR IT... so upgrading early makes no saving over regular contract, which you can as well settle early and probably get discount (something you will not get on refresh).
Any sensible person would get it SIM-Free (so no stupid O2 pre-installed apps) for ~£300 and get £5 plan from Giffgaff and a likes (btw running on O2 network) and over 2 year paying £420 for phone+plan, rather than £560. That as well gives you complete freedom of changing provider each month, whenever the better deal is available and factory unlocked phone without pre-installed crap, yet 30% cheaper.

AnonD-507785, 27 Sep 2016Just buy it, it's little over £300. No problem. I work for Virgin, actually I really wanted this phone to be available in Virgin Mobile, since some of the customers that we have are looking for this. -.-

But since we don't have this phone they switch network or not accept the offer for other mobile brand
