Seriously, which of the specs are midrange?
Some talk about unchanged design...well the iPhone has had same design for 3 years in a roll (I'm using the 6S)
Battery on the Pixel is far better than the one on the 6S
Better screen resolution than the 6S
Talk about bezels have you seen bezels on an iPhone?
Yet we rush to buy iPhones at crazy prices.
However, I understand that Google needs to do better on the prices.
For everything else this is top top phone!!

like the pixel from prior renders for colours and character but when you see wallpapers on a phone presented like this its not as exciting as other HTC phones of recent. Not that it isn't. Its just the presentation to the public. Apple puts nice images for press release. HTC have also done with some prior phone announcements recently.
Presentation makes a difference. The A9 on some renders looks beyond belief stunning on alternative sites last year and reality supports that. Look back at GSM unit and it looks nothing like the real deal. presentation can make and brake. Looking forward to the real thing and get the presentation right. this is not a huge phone but I wouldn't want bigger.

If only this had a MicroSD Card and a removable battery then i would get one... oh well off to LG then...the only company that still designs their phones for their customers.

I dont see any big changes from the last year's nexus. Just the upgraded processor, screen and rest everything looks same. But if the rumored pricing is true.. It isn't worth it. Especially the Google Pixel with 2700 mAH battery.

I am waiting for this phone. Cant wait indeed. The best camera by far was for nexus last year, now it has been improved. The only worriness is about the battery life. I am going to refund my iphone 7 and wait to see what this decice is, how ever very difficult to abandon trustworthy reliable iOS for shaky android, but well, i love to try Pixel

Nobody is waiting anxiously for this.. Just read the comments. The rumored price is insane. I do not want to support this.
