Jteve Sobs, 17 Nov 2010Please get your facts right. The iPhone 3G is already a Blu... morelol iphone didn't even have video recording until yesterday & got bluetooth the day before that...still you're bragging about it? wow...you guys must have such a shitty phone that you have to force to convince yourself that NO! it's the best phone out there! bunch of fun apps to play around with doesn't make a good phone...i laughed my ass off when 2 years back my fried couldn't bluetooth me the pics on my old ass nokia phone cause it didn't have file transfers via bluetooth! XD
iphone 4 solved all those shortcomings but turns out it has it's own shit to deal with. i know not every phone is perfect...but you guys try your best to think to urself that starting the 1st till now, every iphone is like flawless or some shit! which is ridiculous to say the least!
now, sticking onto the topic of the forum, screw you SE for fooling around with your consumers! i finally got the 2.1 update like 3 days ago & now another 3-4 months of wait! -_- they're just doing it now cause they got slapped on the face by the xda developers who came up with the 2.1 update before them to the masses who couldn't get it through SE. what a shame!

SE are simply the best !!!!!!!!!!!!
You know why? Not because they were late with updates no, because they have something you samsung and lg users will never ever dream of. They communicate with the users and listen to what we want.
in your face hehehe, now the x10 will get froyo and mt, beat that lol. yes I remember you still have a laggy samsung s with froyo lol.

seX10der, 17 Nov 2010You know what... please dont comment if you're delusional o... moreYou're so gullible! Don't go dissing on other people just cos you got duped into buying a phone that's not up to industry standard.
For the record, there IS NO hardware limitation that's preventing the X10 from MT. All you need for MT to be possible on a device is a (preferably) capacitive display which, regrettably, the X10 has all 4.0 inches of it. There is NO special processor unit or extra sensors that is needed for MT to be possible.
All the developers have to do is to implement the algorithm which distinguishes the 2 separate points of electrical charge on the capacitive display and BOOM!, you have MT. (Obviously, its not this simple with programming, but you get the picture)
And as far as your "half-cocked, glichy and frustrating version of multi-touch that could possibly even slow or freeze my handset" goes, the X10 runs on a 1Ghz Qualcomm QSD8250 Snapdragon which is the exact same as the HTC Desire and Nexus One. It is PROVEN to be more than capable to handle just about anything you throw at it - multitasking, heavy graphics, custom UIs, you name it! If this is really the case then I seriously think SE needs to wake up and learn from other manufacturers.
As far as I'm concern, SE needs to issue a public apology to its customers for fraudulent information and fire its whole Goddamn programming team!

SE Anzu first look.

It seems like even the current Galaxy S lineup is better than the Anzu. Good luck SE! You will need it.

"nice . i love SE , simply BEST , XPERIA X12"- Delusional SE fanboi
The Best? Apple have this feature since 2007 and SE is rolling it on 2011! Freakin' 2011! Have you ever tried the other the other hardware from HTC and Samsung? They have it on their Android Flagships. You better wake up fanboi! You're living in a delusional "Make.Believe" world of SE. HAHA!
Hardware limitations? It's either capable or not. That's how I see it. I think SE is just holding on to including it so that they can put it on the Anzu. Nickel and diming us and shafting us as much as they can. Like I said, it is either capable or it is not and it looks like IT IS CAPABLE! SE is just being lazy and lying to us.
And for all of you, fanbois, who will say they are taking their time making the software good I suggest you guys look at HTC. The Sense UI is the best Android skin out there yet HTC manages to run the latest version of Android on their flagship devices. As for SE, expect them to lag behind the competition. They are just damn slow!
Oh, and it looks like the Anzu won't be running the latest given how slow SE skins Android. Check out the link below and read it. Also note the comments section and you fanbois will realize that the public isn't happy with the X10 fiasco. The Anzu is primed to be X10 all over again.

Now this phone is the best...
because it's nice looking and the video recording capability.
it's better than N8 and the price will fall down when SE release the X12 in 2011.
Good step SE...

iknowsomethingyoudon, 17 Nov 2010This is the oldest trick in the book for SE. there never wa... moreYou know what... please dont comment if you're delusional or just bitter because you cant afford an X10 or any other smart phone for that matter.
I AM an X10 owner and never felt like multi-touch was a matter of life or death... yes, it would be cool but not a vital necessity. If you actually WATCHED and LISTENED to the video, he clearly stated that the X10 has hardware limitations that wont allow multi-touch to be fully realised but they still trying to give there customers some accessibility to it. This is honesty as far as I see it and I for one commend it because I wouldnt of wanted them releasing a half-cocked, glichy and frustrating version of multi-touch that could possibly even slow or freeze my handset.
sure... SE are reacting to complaints in this case but remember this only SE's first android handset and with everything in life comes trial and error. Just go have a look at Samsung and HTC's product related blogs and trust me people are'nt all that happy in those camps
either and these 2 have been delving in the Android OS for sometime so think about it?!
SE... take there time because they want to do things right and not half-assed like others.
oh and by the way... I'll enjoy multi-touch in Q1 2011 and by then I hope you would of saved up enough for a 2nd hand Nokia 3210!
Peace! ;-)
