I still use the Nexus 4, since rel... moreTrying to make pretty much the same choice: either $750 for Pixel with all its super technology, ecosystem and fastest updates, or $400 for OnePlus 3 which is quite a decent phone. I still tend to incline towards Pixel.

If you used to having a QHD display on your s... moreI hope it's not placebo effect, everyone I ask claimed they can tell the difference between 1080p and qhd on 5-5.7 inch display.. (except you use magnifying glass) but in reality, they couldn't tell the different between 720p movies and 1080p movies on their 13inch laptop even only few of them can tell the difference between 720p and 1080p movies on 32 inch tv!!

It looks fantastic. HTC and Google are a great match. It is not a spec war. No need. Looks beautiful with clean lines and professional. I like the new widget area and overall style. The back area looks classy and great that we have various unit colour variations. The new Google ecosystem will advance so we will have a true alternative to other systems. I think it actually looks better that iPhone which I also like. I do not think it looks like one but even if it did, so what, go whinge about other designs that do. IPhone feels great in hand as does the beautiful HTCA9. I like the freedom of Android, so it's best of both worlds.

If you used to having a QHD display on your smartphone, then you will notice the difference when you use a lower resolution phone. You will not tell the differences straight a way, that's for sure. But, you will never want a lower resolution phone ever again if you're used with a higher resolution display.

Personally, I like the look of the camera bump on this device. Most of the smart smart phones have too large bump.

But maybe Google just wan't to improve Android -s imago by overpricing the phones, like Apple does with iPhones?

google should sell it with cheaper price than chinese manufacturer
like xiaomi or oneplus,,
not to mention,,
chinese manufacturer even have a better and prettier design than this pixel
im not a fanboy or anything like that
but its non sense if google is trying to make "the best of android"
but with the higher price than chinese manufacturer plus "that design"
so please google, surprise us with this pixel
