            A few considerations...
            No focal point adjustment..so like in the cardboard the lenses will be in a fixed position, that may be an issue for us glasses wielding folks.
            The nose part...in other headsets this is usually plastic because a bunch of skin grease tends to accumulate there and rub off into the headset...so this part beign fabric will probably cause it to get dirty and gross very fast. Especially as there is no over the head support strap so most of the headset weight will land on the nose support.
            Lastly the way the phone is placed in the unit will inherently cause lots of light to filter in (the anti slide bumps).
            The controller sound pretty cool and packed with features...so they got that going for them.
