Western & multinational corporations flock to China not simply for cheap labour, but because of the countries efficient manufacturing processes (ie, efficient = cost/production is low at acceptable regulatory standards)
The iPhone is not for everybody. If you like it, but it. Same goes for N8, Galaxy S, & all other phones.
Just imagine an ideal phone = iPhone design, Nokia construction, Samsung OLEDs; OS: iPhone interface, Android customisation & openness, Windows interconnectivity & Nokia relability; Nokia camera hardware. If these were true, that would be the ideal phone, don't you think so?
So, unless your phone has all those, it's far from objectively being perfect.

DigitalEmotions, 22 Nov 2010lol ipad after update and when connected to pc still messag... moreI dont think there were a bug, because ipad needs more power then ipod or iphone that way it needs to be charged by a proper charger at wall, even when you put to charge at wall an ipad it takes more time to charge but you have more time to listen music, view movies or just work with it then if you try to do the same with and ipod touch. Hope this helps.

wohoo iPhone rules!
Those that hate iPhone will never understand why iPhone is such a good phone. I admit that some functionality is not there.. but once u jailbreak, most of the functionality or customization that u need will be there.
In my opinion and speculation, up to year 2012, iOS will still be a better choice. But after that, android will be better choice.. WinMo had lot of stuff to catch on with their new OS. Symbian will just be a history or Seven-Eleven phone..

It's good to see Apple continuing to support their older devices with the new iOS update. Hopefully it won't kill the occasional 3G and 3GS this time around. Apple's approach in this regard really ought to be taken up by other manufacturers: take the upgrade process out of the hands of the operator (Voda, Optus, Verizon, whoever) and take control themselves. Updates get out faster, the system is cleaner and it's less work for the network operators. Everyone's happy!
re: N8 vs iPhone - horses for courses, folks. Personally, I am saving for an N8 because of the way I use my phone, and my preference for Nokia's PC software. I can see the advantages of iPhone, but it's just not for me.

3) I like to foward SMS messages. When one has the same message to send to many. sending messages one by one with a few personalized edits to the previous message is a great way to go. to do this one needs the ability to forward an SMS.
7) have you every flown across the pacific ocean? One needs a spare battery to have a functioning device at the other end of a 13 hour flight. I'm forced to buy and carry expensive, bulky energy storage system to support long haul flights where a simple spare battery gets the job done.
12) I founf SMS speed to be a real issue on iPhhone. In fact the touch screen takes way too long to due any sort of recurring task. Without the ability to create shortcuts with hardware keys basic tasks like turning WiFi, bluetooth on or off takes WAY TOO long to long to due the 100'th time. the re-curring coast are to high. Easy the first time. just as slow on the 100'th time. Truly frustrating when it requires 2 hands and two eyes to operate compared to other devies that can be done with one hand and no eyes.
14) when ones reception issue is the type of construction in ones home; poor reception relative to other phones is a show stopper. I have no plans to rebuild my home to support an unexperienced phone manufacture learn about GSM reception.
15) wow; when I travel I have a different SIM card for every country. the iPhone insists that ones pays large roaming fees. I do not feel a compulsion to line my operators pockets when I travel.
17) Most of the worlds mobile phone users do not own a PC, do not purchase a broadband data plan. how are they to get there digital pictures of loved ones into an iphone? a data card allows one to transfer the pictures onto a card at an internet cafe for a modest cost.
20) sometimes people would like to here news over the radio. things like traffic reports have value. sometimes one wants to learn about local culture when travelling. popular radion gives good insight into local culture. my itunes music album does not provide this

-cheap crackable plastic on the HDMI port
-it lags, freeze and restart
-it doesn't have multi-touch keyboard, so its a pain to type on QWERTY
-OTG doesn't accept all kinds of flash drives, selected only
-doesn't support wide variety codecs, plays audio but no video(vice versa)
-WiFi connects even if it's turned off, LOL
-battery wont last a day, it will last more than a day if you don't use it
-camera is acceptable but don't be delusional its not better than any camera out there, it doesn't even have a manual settings for Fstop and shutter speed and no touch to focus feature for a touch screen phone
and most of all
-Symbian sucks!

my exp seller phone i think iphone 4 is good for gaming user and apps user,medium for internet surfing,if u all want gaming just buy iphone if u want more smartphone buy htc or blackberry all many support flash in web search,thanks

It can send and receive files at blazing speeds with Bluteooth 3.0
And it can connect real USB drives and flash memory!
This is really more of a computer than a phone!
WTF can iPhone do? Ancient bt connection that doesn't even support file sending.
A joke-port invented by apple 10 years ago and no USB port at all... what connectivity is that for 2010???

how many times do you use that connection types ? i have never connected my phone via hdmi to tv set. i can not remember last time i send file via bluetooth. i actually does not need any usb drive or software cause all devices can establish basic connections.
but you had to see all that laggy outdated symbian crap all time all day. even can't get a qualific application for years, how about ovi store. go for n8 if you want tones of useless properties and go for any i-device for an easier life via user friendly software and ui.

So i don't get why they would hate an iphone for that reason. Its probably more because the iphone is honestly bland and, has the slightest amount of smartphone capability. I know this because I have one.
