Report: The 32GB iPhone 7 Plus uses a much slower storage, our tests show

07 October 2016
Our recent tests as part of the iPhone 7 Plus review revealed that the 32GB model scores substantially worse in read/write speeds than the bigger storage versions.

Basically, iPhone 6 16 GB memory replicated into two pieces and inserted into iPhone 7 Plus! Wow! Thanks Apple for screwing us after getting paid ransom! Thanks!!! Humble iNofan

Common sense: This is true for all flash storage including SSD. A dual channel RAM setup is also likely to be faster than a single channel RAM.(should know that decades ago)

I have a 256GB iPhone 7 Plus, and my memory score was 2,629, which is significantly higher again. As with any SSD storage, it appears that the higher capacity the storage, the faster the read/write speed. My device was "...awarded with the Gold Medal".
