Samsung are criminals - they delayed stopping production and sales, while there had been numerous reports of replacement units catching fire.

Damn the Vietnamese! At least Samsung has very deep pockets, they can absorb the losses but they have a lot of work to do in reassuring customers to regain confidence in the Note brand.

Sami lost alot of money. But someone forgot about all those accessories companies!!!

Samsung should fire all the staffs in quality check department, battery department and general manager. Absolutely shameful. Even 'made in china' phones do this. Not going to Galaxy anymore. Absolutely disappointing, not giving 2nd chance.

Having too much products in the market and releasing those like crazy have consequence at the end. Better have less products and concentrate in better security and quality test.

They should have took their time with the Note 7, and waited until Autumn, to release it.
At least their stocks are still at an all-time high.
C'mon Samsung, you're better than this.
