i bought samsung grand prime plus on the 19 november 2016 suddenly the phone flash softwere on the 3 december 2016. i took the phone to samsung head office in bryanston that was on the 6 December up until today they still not fixed.

When i turned my video on it was too dark, tried many times fixing it on the phone's setting but still failed

This mobile have many of technical problem
1- internal memory very low, memory actual 1 Giga
2- when use cam through whats app or messenger app the picture is very bad and dark
3- can't move any app to external memory

I feel bad for smartphone newbies. J series, C, A, E, S. Really leaving no stone unturned in trying to help the user make a decision. Heck, they'd be better off with Good, Better, Best.

I ma... morei like to define the model spec-wise online but i must feel the phone with my hands to get the feeling before buying it, i can't imagine ordering it online and then somehow not liking the grip or the texture of it even with great specs and performance, so i do my research online and then go to the shop just to re-assure my decision (so far i haven't changed my mind yet but i almost did with Huawei P9 but chose A5 2016 still) ^_^

I make my purchase decision beforehand and enter the store just to pay and get the device. Online is a little cheaper but i like getting the device immediately.

Samsung sells its maximum units through retail network so when a customer comes to shop he should not be able to say that i wish configuration would have been little different, i wish camera would have been better, i wish i can get better performance at this price. Samsung is just trying to meet all consumer expectations at all price points. When you sell online you have to differentiate your products and when you have to sell through retail you have to confuse customer rest of the work retailer will do. Confused buyervis the best customer.
