I hope the truth finally comes out. Right now I think there is much more to this story than what we are being told. Samsung could have handled this like a boss. Instead it seems they chose to treat their customers like garbage.

I'm gonna wild now, but this almost stinks of sabotage, especially since it was launched in parallel with iPhone 7... I mean, sure things can go wrong, but to go wrong so much, twice? I don't know... I'm not a particular fan of Samsung phones, I'm currently on Huawei, but this whole thing just stinks a bit...

Very sad but note 7 had the best camera in a smartphone . . Now people will hesitate to buy their next flagship Galaxy S8 next year . . Need to wait and see how they are gonna come back!

                                suxsung again . . .

The best android handset manufacturer learning some lessons here.... It is a wakeup call for all the other manufacturers who provide much bigger sized battery on the mobile handsets, to esnure this does not repeat....

I am an ardent Samsung fan, but as a mobile handset user, I have the right to know what is the real issue behind the Note7 disaster. Because it gives me ease of mind if there are somethings in our control to avoid such incident in future. Samsung should rethink their strategy on the non-removable battery here. Because there were so much fan following just because of this feature...

As a quick fix, release a flat note 7 version, the true successor of Note 4....

It shall be interesting eventually to learn the entire extend of the cause of the problem if Samsung ever shares that info. If the cause was limited to only the battery then production of the device would not be halted. Also the problem appears limited to the US version. So - it would appear that there is more going on than meets the eye.
