ok I don't know what is going on with NOKIA these days. I have seen the video review of N8 and now this, and I'll be honest - I wasn't impress. Probably the functionality is amazing (I'll give you that NOKIA) but why is the OS interface so laggy?

Doesn't matter what phone its on, 4 speakers is just retarded to begin with. Have some decency for your common man and not annoy them while they're commuting to work. I'm a fan of anything that works and is a good bang for the buck. Nokia in my opinion is not good bang for buck, look at the android phone that SE is gonna manufacturer that everyone thought was a PSP phone. Turns out its not a PSP phone at all and that just made it even more retarded than this device.

A few months from now, Apple will announce that they have revolutionized listening to music by incorporating not 2 but 4 speakers on the iphone, ipod touch and ipad. - then everyone who commented on the uselessness of nokia's 4 speaker system on the phone will agree and say, wow apple is first again in doing this.

Is that why Nokia had to put out $10 mill USD to lure developers into developing apps? I think you're in denial dude. Nokia so far has the fewest apps, fewest developers of any mobile OS aside from Windows 7.

other operating systems can't come as close as Symbian in lightness, simplicity and multitasking.

well it seems nokia have made a phone for everyone with C7,X7,N8,E5 or upcoming E6, and now i hope the N9 is the best of them all! it only make sence they start doing that cause they are in deep trouble in the high end market if they dont, rumour so far is no HDMI in n9!

now if people want a cameraphone with auto-focus you got the N8
other people who don't use camera much but in need for the best in system sound then X7 for you
the dream would be combining quad-speakers + N8-camera + CBD display but that's not the plan headed by Nokia.
I think Nokia's strategy is to make every device dedicated to something like:
N8 = Camera
C7 = Style!!
X7 = Sound
E7 = Messaging (keyboard)
C6-01 = Cheapest of the new Symbians for people who can't afford higher models
if Nokia combined all the features mentioned above in a new device, certainly people will go for it and ignore other models as the choice would be an easy job for consumers and a fail for the other models.

Whats the point of the four speakers? To annoy those around you in public areas? Or to watch on that small ass 4" screen when you're home when you more than likely have a 42"+ LCD/LED LCD/Plasma, and a decent home theatre sound system? This is just another rehashed phone with some "slight modifications" seriously. They should just provide some really really good headphones and call it a day. The speakers make it ridiculous, because it would most likely annoy your surrounding commuters on a train,bus, etc to the point where they tell you to stfu. If you're at home you're more than likely going to be watching media on your tv, or computer screen etc so at home this device is kinda useless as well. The only thing I see this device being good for is loud GPS voice navigation. Will Nokia market this device as a gps device? :)

I don't care about camera, my only concerning is a hardware keyboard (and a GPU), it's imposible to play with touch screens !!!

i can't imagine how people will go ga ga if iphone has 12mp big sensor camera or a quad speaker. Nokia has done it again. Bravo. What i really want is a 4 inch symbian^3 with 12mp big sensor camera, slide out qwerty and quad speaker. ie N8+E7+X7. I want Nokia NEX22
