I agree with what you said, and somebody at Samsung should definitly be fired.
I am leaning now towards Sony's and HTC's UI, cz they are close to stock android( i love material design), amd don't lag.
I have just become bored of Samsung phones

Raphi7, 11 Oct 2016Euh i think that Samsung have upped their material quality ... moresamsung was criticized for their materials , so they went metal/glass for premium phones..
but more than materials the quality control doesnt seem to improve and the way the replacement phones were sent without clearly identifying the problem proves it..
there is no doubt note series brand name took a hit , and it will definitely have some spillover effect esp on premium samsung phones..
about software , i can clearly tell they are least optimized..
and touchwiz is not the only thing which means software .. also too many useless and repetitive features

If samsung really stop Note7 Production then tons of cases for Note 7 is useless right now. Whoaah,.. too bad for smartphone cases company, I feel sad about it.

Boost it? Who will buy it? We need Spen smartphone. Finally after 1 year of waiting the successor of Note5 we have Note7, but what? It explode? and again Who will buy it? (of course we have another reason not to buy s7 and s7 edge, news say about brand damage. :))

PLEASE ADD a "GREEN" color option for the S7 Edge. It's the only reason why I'm picking the S6 Edge over the S7 Edge. Haha

I don't know if it's been reported (there in Europe), but here in the Philippines we had a case of a Galaxy S7 Edge caught in fire (http://news.abs-cbn.com/business/09/24/16/viral-woman-claims-samsung-s7-edge-went-up-in-smoke-in-antipolo)

At least, introduce more colors in s7 and s7 edge just to get a different feel. The cool blue color of Note 7 would look perfect in s7 edge

Note7 could have been the best smartphone of 2016 hadnt there been this fiasco. S7 is too small in size compared with N7 . I bought the S7 Edge and was waiting for Note7.
There is simply no phone that matches the stylus features. I think i will stick with My S7E. Superb battery on the exynos model.
Will wait & see what samsung brings new with S8 or Note8 , if the note series is not dead.
if note series dies, then samsung is surely going to loose a lot of brand loyality. I have been a Samsung user starting from the Note1 era.
Samsung by mass producing Mal functioning devices ,just to compete with iphone7 has suffered a huge drop of fan base, old loyal customers and potential new customers as well.
This happens with companies which donot listen to their customers.
I guess time has come to part ways from Samsung. My next phone will not be Samsung.

If you dont want to upgrade , its your choice , but dont go telling others there is nothing you get from upgrading !!!

I wouldn't want to roll the dice on any Galaxy phones this year. It might not explode today but who knows it could act up on the 13th month of ownership.

Its a shame that the S7 isnt the same size as its counterpart the S7 Edge. If it was, I would have gone with that. Instead the S7 is the same size as the S6. There no real reason to upgrade at this stage.
