Today in London, Sony Ericsson announced their 3G barphone K618. The latest addition in their lines reminds very much of the K610 model and differs only by the 256 MB Memory Stick Micro memory...

I think SE is ignoring how much we love lens cover & size of the lens , i think BIG LENS > SMALL LENS , a chance i din't buy K610 yet ... but ill definatly buy this K618 , my style , Mp3 + stylish phone.

    It is so sleek! Maybe the best looking Sony Ericsson out there in the market. I am currently using the K800i, after seeing this, i don't mind swapping my second phone K750i with this..... Its drop dead gorgeous!!

            Sony has announced its new pocket communicator called the mylo. The company says, this is the product for those who constantly use it in everyday life for instant messaging and work in computer networks. The communicator supports Wi-Fi (802.11b) wireless networks, so the mylo user can in touch with other people anywhere in the world with wireless network coverage.
            The mylo is quite a compact pocket sized device with rounded edges. This is a landscape slider with a 2.4” LCD and several control buttons on the top half. The bottom half has a QWERTY-keyboard, which is comfortable at frequent text message input.

            There are two color solutions available. The device comes with the following preinstalled message services: Google Talk instant messaging service, Skype and Yahoo! Messenger. These services are free of charge.

            Other specs of the mylo:

            Built-in HTML-browser
            Internet telephony via Skype-client
            1 GB of internal flash ROM
            Playback of MP3, ATRAC or WMA files
            Built-in speaker
            Slot for Memory Stick Duo storage cards
            Video in MPEG-4 format
            Capacious Li-Ion battery for up to 45 hours of music
            The mylo communicator will be available in September at some $350.

                    hey guys when will this beautiful phone be released here in the philippines? I was actually interested to buy k610i but upon seeing this phone, hmmmm i changed my mind...really beautiful and sexy...now this made me decide to stick with sony ericsson...

                      Too bad I don't live in Europe... The best I can get is still the W810i. This looks like a great phone, too. Actually, it's just the V630 sans the Vodafone branding, right?

                            This the same like K600/K608 and V600; now K610/618 and V630. I think SE use now the same strategy like Nokia. I don't know why; maybe SE will give an alternatief for people which like the feature in K610 but don't like the outside model.
                            Only outside is different with the same feature. More business strategy.

                                What a joke... It´s quite much identical with the V630. I don´t understand why they keep fooling people like this. Buy the same phone but with a new name and colour... löl

                                  I have T610 for 3 years and work the same as the first day. (the battery also lasts the same) is really great!!! for sure I'll buy this one. The colours are great also! Nokia sucks

                                      i think, K618 is good value phone, dont compare with nokia 6233, its a different function, 6233 is the best lah!! (for me)
