    It looks hot

AnonD-510098, 19 Oct 2016Remember the price difference Obviously, thats what i was talking about in the first place, are you slow or what. There is a certain price bracket in which Toyota has customers and caters their demands accordingly and then there is Audi which has a different target market and segmentation. If Audi starts selling Audi in Toyota's target market, they might sell one Audi in an year and vice versa.
Similarly, the reason of giving reference to an example like that was, if Xiaomi starts selling in iPhone's and S7 Edge's price bracket then no sane person would go for it. Xiaomi penetrated in the market only because of its low cost strategy, if they too start this premium game, no one would care as Xiaomi and the word premium dont get along together in the minds of the customers.

Read this Consumer Report published on 16th October, 2016 (most recent) on Newsday which clearly tells that customers find Audi most reliable hence rated as No.1.

"With an overall score of 80, road test score of 83 and better than average reliability rating, Audi was ranked No. 1. Consumer Reports said the "luxury brand is known for technology and style as much as its performance, luxurious interiors, and Quattro all-wheel-drive system."

While Toyota stands at No.8 out of 10:
"With an overall score of 72, road test score of 69 and best reliability rating, Toyota was ranked No. 8. Consumer Reports said "Toyota builds solid, efficient, and reliable vehicles that do everything well -- albeit in a pleasant, unexciting package."

I guess its enough for you to live with it till eternity now.

Sd820 and sd821 are the same.
Sd 821 is slightly overclocked and your phone wont go to that limit of difference 99.99% of the time......
If the price mentioned here is true then S7 edge is cheaper than this and much better.
Plus xiaomi will never provide ip68 and micro sd slot in a flagship.

Anonymous, 19 Oct 2016? audi is far more reliable and last longer than toyota..No it isn't. Toyota is better. This is from Google

Japanese brands dominate the top 10 with Lexus, Toyota, Honda, Mazda, Suzuki and Subaru all making the cut. Less predictable was Dacia's third spot overall, proving that cutting-costs does not have to mean cutting corners on reliability.

Xiaomi is an opportunist. Taking advantage of Note 7 void by filling the Mi Note 2 and raising the price!
Do you think they will last long?
This is a huge mistake undertaken by Xiaomi.

stop copying design, just make your own design character!

Xiaomi, after catering the low price market is heading towards the niche premium market which is currently occupied by iPhone and Samsung with S7/Edge. But Xiaomi is positioned as a cheap brand in the eyes of the customers, no one will go for a $750 Xiaomi when you could get an S7 Edge in $600. Its like buying a Toyota for the price of an Audi.

FHD AMOLED panel, 3000+ mAh battery and you have a decent starting point. Provide SD card lot and you have a winner. Throw in replaceable battery and you have a clean sweep of the market. Period.

Though latter in all likelihood is not happening, which is an unsurprising shame.

OMG. Price is too high. this price will not make happy people to buy this device when there are already top brand phones for this price even for lower price. I hope xiaomi will understand this truth and will reduce the price at least after sometimes.
