People complaining about bad camera lense. Have anyone tried cleaning it with toothpaste and earbud? If yes, what are the results?

I also got 733 mb update on OTA but I'm not decide to update. After seeing youtubers review abt moto g4 plus heating and battery draining problems. MM half sec faster than NOG. So I'm waiting for bug free update and more stable 7.0 for moto g4 plus....... Any suggestions for me.
