Mostly we might get before 25th...I had seen somewhere that there is some security problem with G4 plus on upgrading to noughat ...That's why it's late ....

Hey guys, Just now I had a conversation with one of the Moto official. As per their update, as of now only soak test version has been released in India. We have to wait till longer to get the final version via OTA. Also we should not upgrade Nougat manually because we may lose the warranty. Please don't expect that we may get it on 25th December.
