Google Maps for Mobile 5 just got previewed on stage today and as it turns out, it will bring major changes to how GMaps looks and works on mobile devices. Some of the additions are 3D view, offline mode...

I hop that this update gonna come also for the xperia x10 or the htc desire hd. Because it would be a shame thats too of the best high end mobile right now would not get it.

N8 is like small gipsy child with only 680 MHz processor and 256 RAM . screen resolution only 360 x 640 pixels .                     I hope Android devices can get decent offline maps soon, that's the only reason I keep using Nokia phones, OVI maps are the best, but if google developers make good offline maps, I surely will get an Android device.

                              not as good as ovi maps offline mode was there from 4 years ago XD

                              and the updates just keep getting better

                              now downloadable maps on the fly

                              and the 3D maps where there from 3 years ago XD on N95 since nokia maps


                              google is so slow with the map service XD
