Moto under google: moto e 2014, 2015, moto g 2013, 2014, 2015, 2015 turbo, moto x 2013, 2014, play, style, force, maxx. average 4 handsets per year.
Moto under lenovo: moto E, moto E power, moto g4 play, moto g4, moto g4 plus, moto z play, moto z, moto z force, moto m, moto ? (x style copycat). 9 handsets in 2016 alone, may reach 10.
Expect moto R plus grand duos SE by 2018.

So basically Motorola has now become a full fledged average Chinese phone company much like it's parent company Lenovo, and also on the same level of Meizu, Elephone, Bluboo and Vernee. Just another average face in the crowd of cheap low budget handsets. I wonder what that price tag would be like?? Hopefully It should never cross $200 USD at least, to somewhat justify it. Now Xiaomi, Huawei & Oneplus are now the only way to go if you are looking for high end quality Chinese Android smartphones now at great prices with competitive specs.

First moto to come with Marshmallow and remain Marshmallow hence 'Moto M' naming. It will never get upgraded to Nougat.

Nice design, I like this better than Moto Z and the like.
Shame about the SoC choice and I also wish they'd make more 5-5.2" phones, not just low end ones.
