Remote desktop on iphone works like remote desktop on pc. I open engineering drawing program on my iphone on train via remote desktop

deep space bar, 09 Dec 2010it's called orb lol it's pretty old and works for s60 ... moreorb stream content from pc via media player. remote desktop on iphone let us control whole pc remotely. I mainly use check work email, open solidwork files sent by clients, edit msword on train etc lol

And yes, I forgot about Fring. That is a good alternative, and another reason to support that Apple could of had facetime on 3G, but didn't do it.

and i have a learning game for my son and paintpad for him
he's just turned 2 and know how navigate symbian

As for facetime, alright. To get a facetime conversation going both users must be on WiFi. But what if one isn't? Well you have to call them and tell them to get on. Then end that call and start a facetime call. At which point it's pointless as you could of just had a phone conversation.
Also think about this, almost every manufacturer besides Apple had a video call option available on 3G and WiFi before Apple released theirs. So I guess it most of worked just fine, but not for Apple of course.
