They were all replaced and went on to last years. The huge issue with Apple is they have frozen since Steve died. I still have no reason to upgrade my mid 2012 Macbook Air with the current 2016 and this new OLED strip on the Pro?! How boring..

This Surface Studio feels new and exciting, I just hope MS continues to support the peripherals if the sales numbers don't meet expectations. They love to order executions on themselves..

But I disagree that their monitors suck. 5120x2880 panel in iMac 27" puts most top 4K TVs or standalone displays to shame, even resolution aside.

And btw, it was a different president back then. Fast forward to now, the price of iMacs didn't change at all. So... I don't think its because of the president. Maybe the loser of the US elections can just run the Philippines and maybe the prices will go down. Whatyathink?

I agree that accessories could be added etc. but it could be more convenient for people who wish to shell out that much for a computer.

It also has adequate cooling system for such components and very good built-in speakers. Its screen is also better because it's essentially doubled 2560x1440 (5120x2880) which is perfect for 2x Hi-DPI mode under MacOS or Windows while offering adequate real estate without need of intermediate scaling modes.

Well these things weren't made for gaming in mind, they were made for artists and developers.

They look great and their specs are top-notch too.
It's too bad that they forgot to include any USB Type-C ports though...

The price...well, i think it's a bit pricey, but for those who are in need of such things, it may well worth it. I know for sure that if i'd have the money, i'd only buy the studio if i would need it for such purposes, for other things tho...I'd build my own desktop.

                                        For GsmArena:
You've embedded the same Surface i7 video twice instead of the Studio's. :)
