They should accept a trade in value in Nexus 5x and Nexus 6p devices
At least something like that to google store project Fi or even Verizon since it's the only carrier calling it

K... moreIf GSMArena's Top 10 by Daily Interest is any indication of a phone's success, or perhaps marketing success, then as of October 31, 2016, Apple iPhone 7, Motorola Moto G4 Plus and Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge show up in the list. Two of those phones - the Moto G4 Plus and the Galaxy S7 Edge have been available for quite some time and yet they're still on the list.
However, Pixel is not on the list despite a high level of coverage by GSMArena and PA. So, perhaps the Pixel isn't doing so well.

This offer is to get you to use the phone on their network
Be under no allusions, it will sell multiples of what it would have sold if sold under if the makers HTC had released the phone which if HTC had you would have got memory expansion which you don't get with the pixel
This is big for Google but not groundbreaking as we had 4 operating systems. BlackBerry is all but gone, but Windows may have been killed by Verizon who refused to allow Microsoft to turn on the CDMA aerial so the Lumia 950 like the pixel could work on both GSM networks and CDMA like Verizon and Sprint.
Therefore the 950 is a GSM DEVICE only.
The 950 would've never matched the sales the pixel will attain but you would have 3 operating systems and not 2 and a dying Windows
So here is a comparison the 2015 Lumia 950 and Pixel

Kid, the phone's doing well. It exceeded Google's expectations, and it is one of the best smartphones of 2016. Deal with it. Your fruit is falling, and so is your iPhone.

-Google's interface is horrible
-Navigation and notification panels cover too much of display space
-Display is getting smaller and smaller (2014 6.0 size , 2015 5.7 size and 2016 5.5 size )
-To make all things worse design has been changed from nice metal to all plastic

Pixel, pixel, pixel. I hate the name of it alone.
At least if Google wasn't decreasing display size each year over the last two years and wasn't switching from fancy metal design to some boring plastic, I would forgive ugly stock android interface (comparing to the best Samsung interface ) and would forgive that navigation panel takes too much of display . But Google stock android doesn't fix common ocasional android issues:
Such as ocassional but very annoying Web rendering issues (how the Web page is displayed) . That's why I see no reasons to switch from note 5 to this one (qualcom 820/821 has no real life speed difference to top exynos processors))

This phone is fast and my battery last all day even with heavy use. it has no bloatware and has less issues and better performance than my Samsung 6S and Note5. For work I have an Iphone 7 and this phone is just as nice as the Iphone. The battery life is where this phone shines, the battery last far beyond that of a Samsung phone and at least 2 times better than the Iphone.
