Meego and Sailfish has a bright light like a turtle if i can say. Fans and developers are the main platform for this to live.
WP will i can be fairly say a good OS but no support and no fan beside apps.

I waited for The first one to arrive here, when my n8 was aging and 808 pureview was nowhere to be found. but it never did, so i jumped windows wagon. I like the UI a lot. And of course the security that comes with. But Meego is the real deal. And i know sailfish is not far from it, well, basically is the same.

And as of the OS itself, it is way more smooth and lightweight than Windows 10 Mobile, iOS and Android. Right now the apps for Sailfish OS are quite limited but developers are working really hard to bridge the app gap.

Even so, remains the king of mobile multitasking. Your android ain't gonna take it's throne for the next 30 years to come. Oh well, till that day, their won't be android anymore....

Killing OS with no support. Just what this company will expect a good forecast revenue with remarkable sales. Wake UP.
The only OS which I feel sorry and wish to come back is Symbian along side with Meego.

With this specs the windows should fly. I'd like to see it in Brazil where alcatel sold some devices.

And here I thought this was a site dedicated to rational discussion as opposed to mud slinging from what I presume to be redneck hillbillies. Indian merely asked if the phone was to be sold in Asia. Since Asia is NOT part of and the article says nothing beyond that it will not be sold in European regions I would say that it is a perfectly legitimate question.

I have the idol 3 android and I think that they have made a mistake the windows on the idol 4 the windows just doesn't cut it for me

People who need to use the Phone/s for work/business, Windows based phones are the best, absolutely no doubt about it. Business people hardly uses phones for entertainment. If they need to use Phones for entertainment, al the Apps are there. Android is more of an entertainment based phone rather than Business/Work. Personally, I have been using both Windows & Android, and I am much more comfortable with Windows. When I get all most all the Software of my PC in my Phone, life is comfortable!!

Great hardware, good OS, poor app support. From the spec sheet, it's a great hardware. Since I once used the OS myself, I can say that the OS is good. Not necessarily better from any competitors. It just comparable, good alternative. Poor app support is the killing factor.
