...And it is already out of beta and in prod for Priv, DTEK50 and DTEK60

You can see that they usually do this first Monday or Tuesday in the month, so expect it to be released tomorrow...
So there might be some misunderstanding in what is actually in the update you got with the Nov 2016 stamp. Could it be the beta?

Xiaomi is bad in update in Android version bt atleast it get latest security patch..

The last months they have released the monthly security update on the second Friday of the month, so will be interesting to see if this holds this week again. :)
