I hope they go with soft buttons instead. Also the phone looks phablet sized. I also hope they release something ~5". Very excited for a Nokia Android phone.

Windows Mobile OS may be decent, but it has been abandoned by MS and 3rd party devs already, that's why the store is a barren wasteland. I have one here, I've been through this many times. WM is irrelevant at this point with less than 1% of market share, compared to Android's 86%. Microsoft did too little and too late to support this OS.

NOKIA phones will back definitely with same believe, and those who say Nokia will not comeback with full potential they must understand the technological standard Nokia set three four years ago still not achieved by Samsung, htc , Sony and other Chinese company. Even in flagship devices of current phones don't meet that standard. Making technology for using phone as blasting devices , writing 20 mega pixel camera on phone but worse than Nokia 13 mp camera. This is not about bringing thousands of phone in market. Its about how much your phone works after guarantee period, nowadays phone is made to just cross guarantee period ( even user fed up in that period) . There is no phone making company in current market on which u can bet your believe. I don't know Nokia will be back or not but the standard Nokia set is unachievable by mobile companies yet specially for mid range and low cost phones .

Anonymous, 07 Nov 2016iPhone 4 and 5 was a Sony design that Apple brought over... The other way round. I bet "arc-design" says nothing to you, fanboy! Because that's the design Sony had before Apple came up with iPhone 4 in 2010 and 5 in 2012, while Xperia Z was announced in early 2013.

I am still holding on to my 3 year old Nokia Lumia phone on the hopes of getting a new Nokia phone.
Midrange specs...? yes its always welcome. I am ready to buy even budget phone from Nokia. We have other manufacturers who sell low priced devices, high specc'ed devices etc, but we need good designed solid device. So am not caring if its SD 430 or 830, but if Nokia provides pure android experience like Moto then am waiting...
