Nougat update for LG G5 is now rolling out

The update is currently hitting units in the company's home country of South Korea, while other regions including the Americas and Asia will get it "in the weeks to come."

What about the battery life and general improvements, any body tested the G5 with Nougat?

    AnonD-258858, 08 Nov 2016G4 will get it max by march.That's what I thought, there's certainly no reason the G4 shouldn't get it.

    What breaks the compatibility with some older devices is the lack of support for the Vulcan API, which is not supported by any device featuring any Adreno 3** series (or older) GPU. The G4's Adreno 418 has that support though.

        Good. Because the sooner the better. But i hope that LG will do a much much better job with the up coming G6 than they did with the G5. I'm looking forward to the G6

              I have heard rumors that Nougat is coming to LG G3 too? That would be a big surprise because isn't SD801 suppose to be incompatible with Nougat?
